Crew Signup Form
Our Site includes a crew signup form for drone operators and aerial production professionals interested in joining our network. When you submit this form, we collect:

- Availability and scheduling preferences
- Portfolio link or demo reel URL
- Any additional information you choose to include in free-text fields

Your contact information is only shared when you are being actively considered for a specific project.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 12 months, then deleted unless an ongoing business relationship exists.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics data retention is set to 14 months. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained indefinitely for trend analysis.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), secure database storage, access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel, and regular security reviews.

If we need additional time (up to 45 more days), we will notify you in writing.
You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require the authorized agent to provide proof of your written permission and verify their own identity.
9. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. There is currently no uniform standard for how companies should respond to DNT signals. At this time, our Site does not respond to DNT signals. However, you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the browser add-on referenced in Section 2.2.

Our Site and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The crew signup form is intended for professional drone operators who hold valid FAA certifications, which require applicants to be at least 16 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a notice on our Site.
